IdeaBank’s relationship with Hornady started over 25 years ago. Back then, they employed close to 200 people and had a 2-person marketing department. Now they employ over 1000 people and have a much larger marketing department. We continue to meet their needs by offering responsive service and a level of ideation and consistency that helps supplement their internal team.

Besides design, messaging and communications, IdeaBank continues to offer technical expertise to not only aid in user experience, but create efficiencies for staff. We have developed three generations of their website; improving both front-facing and backend functionality each time. The Hornady Media Center is used the world over to supply industry and press affiliates with the latest news, videos, documents and visual assets.

Product introductions have varied from green-tipped Zombie Max ammunition to proprietary new cartridge announcements for the 17HMR, 6.5 Creedmoor and 7mm PRC. We’ve designed packaging and developed messaging for product lines like LEVERevolution®, and Critical Duty® just to name a couple.
